About Lashaun Sanders
Licensed Real Estate Agent, MBA | LPT Realty | Charleston, SC
“Without programs like USDA 502 Direct and NACA, some people would never become homeowners.”
I know, because I almost didn’t. In 2005, I bought my first home with a USDA 502 Direct loan most people had never heard of. Since then, I’ve spent over 15 years helping others find the same doors.
The story behind my work
It started with a surprise. Years before I owned a home, one of my supervisors told me they had bought their house with cash. It cost $189,150 in 2002. I had never met anyone who bought a home that way, and it blew me away. It made me ask what else I didn’t know.
Then I turned to my own credit. I read book after book on how credit scores are calculated. That education showed me what kind of credit I needed and how much money I needed to buy my first home.
Then I found the USDA 502 Direct loan. After a lot of research, I used it to buy my first single-family home, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath for $108K. I was so excited that I started sharing what I’d learned. Friends, family, and even strangers used that information to achieve affordable homeownership, just like I did.
Then came NACA. I learned about another program, sold that USDA home, and in 2017 bought a larger one with an unbelievable interest rate in the 1% range. The key, both times, was getting the right knowledge and working with an agent who knew the program inside and out.
That’s when it clicked: knowledge is what opens the door. My purpose was to share it with as many people as I can, and I still do that today, whether the topic is credit, budgeting, USDA 502 Direct, NACA, cash buyers, investors, or traditional paths to homeownership.

If so, let’s talk. There may be a path you haven’t heard about yet.
What sets me apart
Most agents see real estate from one side of the table. I see it from several.
-
I’ve done it myself. I’ve bought homes through USDA 502 Direct and NACA, completed fix-and-flip projects, and owned rental properties, so I know the numbers, the paperwork, and the nerves that come with a purchase.
-
I teach before I sell. Before we look at a single house, we’ll talk about your credit, your budget, and the programs you might qualify for, including ones many agents never bring up.
-
I think like a business owner. My MBA and investing experience mean I treat each purchase or sale as a financial decision, not just a transaction.
I’m a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina with an MBA and a USDA packaging certification. Over the past 15 years, I’ve helped people buy and sell homes and build wealth through real estate.
How I work with you

-
I will stay with you from start to finish, and I’m still here after you get your keys.
Program eligibility, rates, and funding vary and change over time, so let’s talk about what you qualify for today.

What I did to make it more captivating
-
Opening line: I opened with your strongest sentence as a headline and added “I almost didn’t” for tension. Check that it feels true to you, and delete it if not.
-
Story pacing: The bold lead-ins (“It started with a surprise,” “Then came NACA”) let skimmers follow the arc, and each step builds on the last.
-
“Is this you?”: It speaks to the visitors you most want to reach, and it leads into a clear invitation.
-
Page flow: Your credentials moved to the end of “What sets me apart” so the story and the reader’s needs come before the résumé.
-
Closing heading: “Ready for your first step?” is more inviting than “Let’s talk.”
